Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. phnice aims to process most withdrawal requests within five (5) minutes to two (2) hours for verified accounts using GCash or PayMaya. Bank transfer withdrawals via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
The phnice Platform operates exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transaction records are denominated in PHP. phnice does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.
An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. phnice reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its published fee schedule.
